I made delicious apple butter from scratch!! (Which is not actually butter, by the way, it's kind of like jam. Apple cider jam. Mmmmmmmm)
It made me feel a little domestic. And made my apartment smell deliciously like fall - apples, cloves, and cinnamon. Should've done it right before cleaning checks, but oh, well. :)
Now I have a couple of Christmas presents and a couple of jars of deliciousness just for me! Successful day? I think so.
