Birthday Awesomeness.

So, due to a silly mistake this morning, I was ready for church over an hour early. What did I do with my spare time, you might ask? Looked up cool stuff about my birthday. :)

October 16:

• George Washington captured Yorktown, ending the Revolutionary War. (a siege, coincidentally, that started on my dad's birthday, September 28)



• The Walt Disney Company was founded in 1923.



• BYU was founded in 1875.




• I share my birthday with Noah Webster. I had no choice but to be smart with that connection. :) haha
  

I am super excited that Disney and I share a birthday!!! Yay!!!

I also found out that my dad shares his birthday with Nicolas Flamel. I am insanely jealous.

Miley Cyrus Concert!

Yesterday I went with my aunt Cindy and my cousin Jordyn to the Miley Cyrus concert in SLC! It was super fun!! Miley did a great job and Jordyn and I danced a lot! Yay! (there are a lot of exclamation points in this post. Oh well :p)

She opened with "Breakout" and came out in this cool iceberg thing.



Then she ran out in the middle of "7 Things" and the stage manager said she wasn't feeling well and they were gonna take a short break. So Jordyn and I made faces. and took pictures of them. Because we're cool like that. (she told us later that she has strep throat. that's gotta suck!!)





I was so excited when she sang "When I Look at You" because it is my absolute FAVORITE song and it's on her new CD so I wasn't sure if it'd be in the concert or not.



Jordyn and I rockin' out to "Party in the USA."



And at one point, she got on this motorcycle and it flew out over the audience! It was pretty cool!



I had so much fun! I'm glad I went with Cindy and Jordyn!!! (PS yes I know I'm a dork. :p)
